The company is Very easy to deal with. They keep you informed of every step. The Annalise jacket looks great. I’ve taken hood on and off just to see how easy it comes apart…it was easy. Unfortunately I’ve only worn it once. It went from winter to summer then rainy so not a chance to wear it too much…that’s the reason for 4 stars…I haven’t given it a good test drive!
